Maro no Kanja wa Gatenkei Episode 1
Based on the adult game by Elf. Maro, a pervert, works as a doctor. One day, Sakimi came to his office asking about a small pain and soon he begins to gain her trust and give her advice about marriage life, specially about making babies.
