DMCA Notice & Takedown
Hentai.tv respects intellectual-property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws. This page explains how to file a notice and how counter-notices work.
01 Our policy
It is our policy to respond promptly to valid takedown notices and to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers. Submitting a complete notice is the fastest way to have infringing material reviewed and removed.
02 Filing a takedown notice
To be effective, a notice must be in writing and include substantially the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- The URL(s) or other information reasonably sufficient to let us locate the material.
- Your contact information — name, address, telephone, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

05 Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake. You must also consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
On receipt of a valid counter-notice we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.
