Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Hentai.tv (the “Service”). By creating an account, streaming a video, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
01 Eligibility & age
The Service contains sexually explicit, adults-only material. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and it is legal to view such material where you are located.
By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to request verification of age and to suspend any account where we have reason to believe the holder is a minor.
02 Your account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- One person may not maintain more than one account, and accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
03 Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to do any of the following:
- Download, scrape, mirror, frame, or redistribute content except through features we expressly provide.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, rate-limiting, or access controls — including ad-supported playback gates.
- Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.
- Use bots, crawlers, or automated means to access the Service beyond a normal personal viewing pattern.
- Post unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing material in comments or community areas.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.
04 Content & licenses
All video, artwork, text, and software made available through the Service are owned by Hentai.tv or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content for your own non-commercial enjoyment. No other rights are granted.
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you submit may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.
05 Advertising & premium
The Service is supported by advertising. By using the free tier you agree that ads — including pre-roll interstitials, banners, and sponsored placements — may be shown before or alongside content. Ad behavior, frequency, and the option to remove ads via a premium plan are described at checkout and may change over time.
Where a premium or ad-free subscription is offered, billing terms, renewal, and cancellation are presented before purchase and incorporated into these terms by reference.
06 Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hentai.tv and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months or USD 100.
07 Termination & changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also revise these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.
08 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
